Terms

I hereby release and forever discharge and hold harmless Creekside Estates from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, which I now have or may hereafter have, arising out of or in any way relating to this session. I understand and acknowledge that this release discharges Creekside Estates from any liability or claim that I may have against Creekside Estates with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result during this session.

I understand that any attempt to cancel or reschedule this session must be made through the Squarespace Scheduling website and submitted at least 48 hours prior to the time of the scheduled session. I understand that cancelation and rescheduling efforts must be made via Squarespace Scheduling to be accepted. I understand that if I choose to cancel this session or fail to arrive at the scheduled date and time, Creekside Estates is not required to refund my deposit.

I understand that attempting to use equipment that is deemed potentially harmful to the venue or venue grounds by Creekside Estates will result in the cancelation of my session. I understand that Creekside Estates has the right to decline to host my session for any reason. I agree to fully cooperate and comply if the dismissal of my party is requested. I understand that Creekside Estates has the right to reschedule or cancel my session if necessary. I understand the Creekside Estates has the right to book multiple sessions simultaneously if necessary.

I understand that Creekside Estates has the right to charge a penalty to my card if more guests arrive to the session than I disclosed. I understand that Creekside Estates has the right to charge a penalty to my card if my session or its participants utilizes the venue in excess of ten minutes beyond what I disclosed and paid for. I understand that late arrival does not grant my session or its participants additional time. I understand that Creekside Estates has the right to charge a penalty to my card in the event of theft or destruction. I understand that I am responsible for reconciling penalty charges if the original payment method doesn’t succeed in doing so.

I understand that my party must remain together as a group and that splitting up into multiple groups will be charged as multiple sessions. I understand that Creekside Estates has the right to charge a penalty to my card if my party splits into multiple groups.

I hereby agree to reconcile and compensate for any damages, theft, or otherwise destructive or harmful actions incurred by Creekside Estates as a result of this session or the actions of its participants. 

I understand that I am prohibited from accessing areas in the venue that are enclosed by doors, gates, fences, or walls.

I understand that failing to return the access key to the lockbox by the end of my session will result in a rekeying fee of up to $1,000. I understand that theft or damage of the lockbox may result in a replacement fee of up to $500.

I understand that I am responsible for the supervision of all children and minors participating in this session.

I hereby agree not to disclose any information regarding the location of Creekside Estates, even indirectly. I agree that photos containing address numbers displayed on an address plaque, mailbox, or painted signage shall not be published in any form, including e-mails, advertisements, social media, or on the internet. I understand that publishing, sharing, or distributing any information identifying the location of Creekside Estates is strictly prohibited.

The above terms have been read, fully understood, and agreed to by the releasor and all individuals participating in this session hosted by Creekside Estates.
