Where is your space located?

Creekside Estates is located in Peoria, Arizona. An exact address will be provided in a confirmation email once session has been booked.

What rates do you charge for a session?

Our rates are are determined by total session duration. Be sure to book enough time to avoid overstay fees.

How many guests can participate in a session?

We are currently limiting sessions to 10 total participants. This number must include all photographers, models, crew, and spectators. Your party must remain together as one group. Splitting up into multiple groups will be charged as multiple sessions. Attempting to submit false or misleading information will result in cancelation or penalty fees.

Am I allowed to reschedule my session?

Yes, you can reschedule your session up to 48 hours prior at no cost. The link to reschedule your session will be provided in a confirmation email once a session has been booked.

Will I have the space to myself?

Yes, you will have exclusive access to the venue for the duration of your session. No two sessions will be booked simultaneously. Enjoy a completely private session.

How will I access the space?

Upon arrival, park outside the gates. Call the manager to receive your one-time code to unlock the lockbox for access.

What is the parking situation?

Free on-site parking is available for hassle-free loading and unloading of equipment. We ask that all session participants park outside the property gates to prevent vehicles from appearing in photos.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a deposit to reserve a session. The remainder of the payment will be charged to the same card used to submit the deposit at the end of your session.

What kind of sessions do you host?

Our venue is perfect for the following types of photo sessions: family, quinceañera, wedding, engagement, maternity, newborn, seniors, hoco/prom, minis, and stylized.

Do you host weddings?

No, we do not currently host weddings.

How large is the space?

Creekside Estates encompasses roughly nine acres of land. 

Is any of the space off-limits?

The inside of every estate is strictly off-limits. Otherwise, the entire space is available to you except for areas enclosed by a door, gate, fence, or wall.

Is the space safe for small children?

We recommend strict supervision of children at all times. Our space includes water features (ponds, creeks, pools) that are not enclosed.

Do you allow props or equipment?

Any props or equipment that may damage soft grass are prohibited. Messy props (glitter, confetti, paint) are also prohibited.
